"What are you doing?" The scientist's female lab assistant says to Fred, "That man is a hero!"

"Oh umm. er..." Fred stammers, wondering what to say.

1. "Well, I'm sorry I killed him. In the past now!" Fred tells her, trying to validate his actions.
2. "He was secretly a mad scientist, and his supposed 'cure for cancer' was really a poison that makes anyone who drinks it fat." Fred lies to the assistant.
