Fred asks Saria to marry him. She says "yes!" He slips a sapphire ring on
her finger. "There is no dragon here," Saria tells Fred. "The Phantom can
roar like a dragon, so that's why people thought there was one." Fred
learns he must attach three sacred jewels to his sword in order to defeat
Phantom Bellum. The jewels (which no one has ever heard of) are
katrinine, saline, and kelyne.
