And so, after a few cliff notes and other supporting evidence to substantiate the story just given, 179 and Morgana are alone to see what the other wants......

So Rule 179 makes a request, and Morgana and Rugen are delighted to help!

Who knows, mayhaps in the long run this will help settle things down a bit on their chaotic world known as Rifts Earth!

Oh, when the elves finally get around coming to talking with those in Star Fleet, Admiral Jellico had just laid down the beginning of re-establishing the upper echelon of Star Fleet. They hadn't yet gotten around to discussing where to eventually to try to establish a permanent residence to the Council for the Federation of Planets. Oh, there had been whispers that with everything that had happened with the coming of the Lizards that there could be vast changes..... But for the life of them all, nobody ever dreamed of placing the Federation of Planets Council on that world!

The elves chuckle as they leave, knowing that their detractors will soon be eating their words.... They head back to home, knowing the outcome to the seed they had planted will see the light of day as it sprouts.

But then again, all the other old capital planets of the various "star empires" as some would call them are pretty much a loss. The extensive damage done to them was vast....to the point that complete and vast terraforming efforts would be needed to make them habitable in decades from now. This last planet was minimally damages and still could support life.....

It surprises...and eventually pleases the owners of the planet to no ends the irony of it.....

After the furor dies down, the others finally agree that this will work.....

And since this planet is made the new capital of the New Federation.......it means that the area where a strange door appears and opens isn't deadly dangerous since the radioactivity had been already cleansed......
