So there you are, bleeding out, while Jerry mutters something about street lamps. Josh walks up the stairs, and kneels by you. "Check it out," he says. "sorry about Scott cutting off your feet, but can I have five bucks?"

You are semi-delerious (from blood loss) and so do not comprehend what he says. This does not stop Josh from taking your wallet. "Thanks bud" he says, and goes back downstairs.

You continue to bleed out.

and then...

  1. And then nothing! You die! That's it! We switch storylines, this one has really blown.
  2. You continue to bleed out. For several MORE hours. Yes, that's right.
  3. At long last, here comes the Staircase Paramedics. They put you on a crash cart and take you to the Staircase Emergency Clinic. Unfortunately, its two hundred floors up.
  4. At long last, here comes the Staircase Paramedics. Unfortunately, they pass you up. Scott has a boo-boo.
