A plume of what seemed to be blue smoke emerged from the lamp, which
gradually
solidified into Astra, except that her calves tapered away into a wisp of
smoke
coming from the spout of the lamp. She was no longer naked, but wore gauzy
harem pants and
a bikini top, and had what looked like a large ruby set in her navel. Fred
hadn't known Astra
long, but he suspected that it would take a lot to frighten her. She
looked frightened
now, though.
