It's Good to be the King

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 61978

In a flash of swirling colored light, Fred finds himself in the body of King Emry, ruler of Allaria. He is alone in the throne room. The king is probably 30 years older than Fred, in his mid fifties, but is in good health at least.

"I don't believe it! What's going on?"

You have swapped bodies with King Emry as punishment for killing Belboz." the voice of the Spectral Judge says in his head.

"But I'm the king! It's good to be the king! This is supposed to be a punishment?"

You'll see... soon enough. the voice says with a hint of malice.

Just then, the door to the throne room bursts open, and in walks:

  1. The Queen
  2. Princess Exotica
  3. One of the King's knights. "Your Majesty, we're being invaded!"
  4. Lady Elena, the King's mistress
  5. King Emry (In Fred's old body) wielding an enchanted ice sword.
  6. Belboz (What the.. didn't he die?)
