Fred walked up to the red thing, examining it. As he walked up to it, he
saw that it was a long, bending peice of diamond. It started to glow, and
pulsate. The glowing stopped Fred in his tracks. Slowly, Fred was drawn to
this glowing thing. He was hypnotized by it, just staring. He started to
feel an overwhelming desire to touch it, to feel it's surface, to(ahem)
love it.(He was hypnotized.) But a small portion of his brain said "NO!
Don't give in. It is an evil stone, one foraged by an evil guoup of
demons. It causes it's victims to go crazy over the stone, wanting to feel
it, and love it. This way, the demons take control of the victim's mind.
Don't you remember what your father tought you?" Fred dismissed this, but
that part of his mind still kept screaming that he was in danger. Fred...
