"Dragon, you are hereby ordered to cease and desist all acts of a burning, charring, scorching or otherwise incendiary nature. Furthermore, you will refrain from the destruction of the king's property, including human subjects, by any and all manner of stomping, swiping, thrashing of tail, or any other harmful and unseemly motions of your body, related or unrelated to the making of fire. You are forbidden from trespassing on the king's lands, and are to keep a seven furlong distance from his royal person according to the terms of this restraining order."

Sir Samuel snapped his satchel smartly shut.

1. Sir Samuel is promptly flambéed.
2. The dragon summons his team of lawyers, who protest the ruling and produce a countersuit.
3. The dragon complies.
