A dragon scale

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 52470

The scale of the golden dragon (not the one Fred is hunting) gives invincibility for twenty-four hours to whoever gains posession of it. As such, Fred is not hurt when the troll tries to gain revenge for the death of the wizard. Fred escapes with blinding speed. Then twenty six hours later, with the scale useless, he finds his way out of the dragon's caves. His horse, if he had had one, is long gone.

  1. Re-enter the caves and try to kill the dragon.
  2. Run away from civilization.
  3. The troll leaps over a rock and swings at Fred. Only luck saves him from injury.
  4. The wizard, time-traveling from years ago, appears.
