Astra, warrior princess, is on a quest to kill the dragon. And she's
seemed to have picked up two lackeys along the way. Joxer, some idiot who
could barely swing a sword. His face was stuck in a constant goofy smile.
His armor was obviously crafter by some sort of moron even dumber then
Joxer. Gaby, some chick who keeps trying to make out with her. She was
blonde, had the ugliest green and brown dress combination ever and
regularly beat up Joxer with a bo staff. That was fun to watch. At least
she wasn't staring at Astra's boobs when she was wailing on Joxer and
crying. Ah well. Cannon fodder was always good. It would take a few moments to burn through the two. So one day they get to the Bidrops Ferry. It is the only one that ever goes out to the Dragon's Island. Astra reviews the scroll-ad as they come ride into the small, ugly town of Bidrops. The ferry itself, the Daughter Of The Ocean is three levels tall, came complete with a chapel, thirty double-bedded quarters, twelve private bathrooms and an archery range. Weddings, bar mitzvahs and HocenLogels[1], you need three weeks reservation time. It is said to be blessed with the power of fourteen seperate mages. It is crewed with huge sons of bitches, mostly to gaurd the secret of what allows such a big damn boat to get anywhere. [1] A popular rite of passage for worshippers of Offler The Crocodile God. Fourteen year olds must subdue a crocodile (which is usually young and or has it's jaws tied up), sing a couple songs about crocodiles, read chosen passages from the book 'It's a Crocodiles Life' and then read a self- written passage on which animal they most admire. (Oddly, ninety one percent choose the badger).
