Fred Finds Three Girls

Fred walked in that direction. As he drew closer, he saw that the stooping
figure was a girl in her late teens or early twenties, wearing strange
clothes. She was bending over another girl, who was either unconscious or
dead. This other girl was naked, and appeared to be the twin of the first.
Not far away, he now noticed that the body of a second girl lay. She too
was naked, and seemed to bear some resemblance to the other two, though
she was not identical.
The conscious girl looked up and saw him.
