The Giant Pit

When he came to, he realized he had only fallen a couple of feet. He looked around and saw that he had landed in a huge pit. If Fred had known what a volcano was, he would have known that he was standing in an ancient volcano crater that had been encapsuled withing the Southern Caves for thousands of years.

But the size of it was not the reason it was called the Giant Pit. Looking around, Fred could se several huge shapes lying around in the dust. He had landed in the middle of the Giants' siesta!
One of the Giants had appearantly heard Fred tumbling down the side of the crater, for he slowly sat up in his dusty bed, rubbed his eyes and looked around.

Fred's attention was suddenly turned another way, as he heard someone shouting from the edge of the crater above him. It was Belboz!

1. Fred prepared to fight Belboz.
2. He tried to get help from the Giants.
3. He tried to get away from all these dangerous creatures.
