The Evil Monkeys

"Hello?" she said.

The monkeys hissed at her and then charged, pummelling Rami into unconsciousness.

When Rami woke up, she was chained before a podium above a massive cavern filled with more monkeys than she had ever seen. There must've been thousands of them, all screaming and hissing and flinging their feces at each other. Looking behind her Rami saw a huge banner showing a monkey's fist symbol. At the podium stood the leader of the monkeys, wearing a tie and flanked by two heavily armored monkeys wielding polearms.

"Attention, Dark Monkeys of the Southern Caves!" yelled the leader, and immediately all of the monkeys snapped into a military formation.

"Dark Monkeys... our time has come!" the leader exclaimed. "The ancient prophecies have been fulfilled. The nude Monkey-Girl Seeress of the New Age has come onto us, and we will be led into battle - to crush the Dragon that has oppressed our superior monkey master race!"

The monkeys roared in approval. Rami just felt insulted. Monkey-Girl? Exactly what did they mean by that? She looked nothing like a monkey. Or did she? Rami didn't know what to think at a time like this.

"And once we have exterminated the Dragon and secure his hoard, we will use this newfound wealth to conquer the entire world!" the monkey leader yelled. "All inferior humans will serve us, and we will crack open their leaders' heads and feast on the gooey matter within!"

The monkeys shrieked and jumped up and down, as their leader's words drove their passions to fever pitch. "And now..." the monkey leader said. "The Seeress will speak the words that will usher in the new era of monkey supremacy!!"

Rami's heart beat faster as all eyes turned on her.

1. "You monkeys are crazy!" she exclaims "Your plan will never work!"
2. To Rami's utter surprise, when she opened her mouth what came out was "Power to the Monkey!"
3. Rami remains silent, angering the monkeys.
