Frank laughed. "It's a deal." He removed the gauntlet from his right hand and held the hand out.

Astra looked puzzled. "What am I supposed to do with that?" she asked.

"Shake it. It's a custom that we have in Allaria."

"We don't have it in Aqualaria, but if it will make you happy..." She took Frank's hand and shook it vigorously.

"I might have guessed that you were from Aqualaria," Frank said, replacing his guantlet. "After all, where else are there female warriors? The most famous of them all is their princess, of course."

"Oh, really?" 'Sonja' said. "What have you heard about her?"

1. Astra is pleased by what Frank tells her.
2. Astra is scandalised by what she's told.
3. Astra is amused by what she hears.
