Fred decided to chase after the necromancer to show him a piece of his mind, when--SPLOOSH!--he tripped over a rock and fell into a cave pool. But not just any pool.
Part of the reason Belboz had been able to summon Ranma so easily was that the Dragon's caves were linked by mystical interdimensional rivers to the waters of Jusenkyo. Jusenkyo is known for its cursed springs. Anyone who falls into these springs, when splashed with cold water shall transformed into a body based on whoever or whatever drowned there; hot water reverses the curse. Ranma, of course had fallen into the Spring of Drowned Girl. So what spring has our Fred fallen into?
