The shin bone fell to the floor. Velus jumped out of Fred's arms and grabbed the human bone with his mouth. He then spurted out of the room.

Fred had to do something, but what? Inside the tapestry Belboz was fighting a losing battle. The creature had separated into two smaller creatures, virtually the same but only half the size of the original.
