The Never Ending Quest - Episode 12730

Quick as a flash you draw your sword, but the gnome is quicker, firing his
gun at you. To your surprise it's not a bullet which comes screaming
towards you, but a tiny little creature, which embeds itself in your
stomach with it's extremely sharp teeth. Gritting your own teeth against
the pain you slash the gnome's arm off with your sword. He screeches with
pain and rushes off into the darkness. But now you have a vicious litle
creature gnawing away at your insides.
What do you do?
