Then, I noticed something strange. Right next to me was a large stone
monolith. I hadn't noticed it when I was riding past it, which is odd,
because a large stone monolith isn't exactly the sort of thing you'd
overlook. So I decided to take a look at it. It was getting dark very fast--much faster than usual. But by the light of the moon, I could make out that there were some pictographs. They were very strange, and somehow menacing. Then, I heard a sound. It sounded like footsteps, coming my way.
