Again Fred blinked, having not expected such an answer. After several seconds she asked hesitantly, "Your crystal ball told you?"

"Yes. I am afraid I could get no further details regarding the event. Its magic is fickle."

Fred rubbed her head, which was beginning to hurt with all the questions bouncing around it, though she could not decide which ones to voice. Finally she asked, "When will they be here? You said soon?"

Belboz responded,

  1. "Yes, any minute now."
  2. "Within the day."
  3. "Within the week."
  4. "Within the fortnight. It's soon considering the length of their journey."
  5. "'Soon' is all the crystal ball told me. I really don't know what it means specifically."
