I am of degree Q, which is both greater and lesser than all other degrees.

Thanks to our intriguing choice of a non-linear numeric system for the degrees, I cannot be certain whether Bert's recent transition from degree 1 to degree 2 could be construed as an "upgrade", but let me congratulate Bert anyway on the felicitous event.  Well done!

All subsequent posters should identify how their own degree relates in numeric comparison to at least one other degree.
