I vote AGAINST. First, I think it's strange to override a decision not to do something. Second, the proposal is unclear about what its effect will be - my best guess is that it changes the public forum to "a mailing list hosted at trolltech.com which is configured to reject posts from non-subscribers", which would mean that the judge, and preferably all members should subscribe to all such mailing lists, which is a pain in the ass.
