I give the FRC a future. Or a future(s) contract to be exact, allowing rules to be purchased at today's affordable price of 99 Fantasy Bucks (Fantasy Bucks are pegged to the Euro at 13.23 Euro's = 1 FB). Since the value of rules is a function of their scarcity this will afford the committee hedge against leaner times (such as the holiday's) when rules are hard to come by. Perhaps it's not the warmest or most romantic gift the committee could receive but I trust it's value will be appreciated. In order that we can fairly and objectively compare their value, all rules following this one must specify the cash price of their author's gifts to the committee.-- Joshua E.
