196:5 has interest, but it didn't
help our future.  Thinking of 186
and 190, we should seek more
advantageous names for FRC
than "Fantasy Recreation Consulting"

This attempt falls short for the same reason 196:5 does. It does follow some
of the suggestions, and follows the valid rules with stronger restrictions
posted so far. I give it  +2.0 noting that this rule follows one of four
possible ways of interpeting 196:3.
