I think this rule was posted under the assumption that I would find the last
rule INVALID, so that no 1942 Vladistok phone book reference (or
reinterpretation of othernomicreference) was included.  INVALID.

Style: +2 for a brilliant reinterpretation of the very idea of
reinterpretation.
