A minor disaster at the mail server. Looks like it was delivered to the
message at least 29 of 59 recipients before disaster struck, but the
disaster didn't leave up-to-date log files. Life is now back to normal.

FYI, Gurugreat's 167:2 quoted all of 167:1.
